Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and BridgeME Technologies LLC for the use of Castia.
Effective 3 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, or the organization you represent ("you", "Customer"), and BridgeME Technologies LLC ("BridgeME", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 1021 E Lincolnway 10440, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Castia is a product and brand owned by BridgeME Technologies LLC.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation to one, or otherwise using Castia, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Castia is an enterprise intelligence platform for search, reporting, workflow automation, and AI agents over data you connect to it. We provide the service on a subscription basis, in the deployment model and plan you select.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and can invite others and set their permissions. Owners and administrators are responsible for who they grant access to and what those people can reach.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Castia.
3. Your data and content
You keep all rights in the content you put into Castia. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, index, and display that content strictly to provide the service to you, and to make derived artifacts such as search indexes and embeddings that make the platform work.
You are responsible for the content you load: that you have the right to load it, and that doing so complies with the law and with any obligation you owe to a third party. Do not put content into Castia that you are not permitted to process.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Castia unlawfully, or to store or process content that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to breach or probe our security, access another customer's data, or circumvent tenant isolation, permissions, or usage limits.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service to a third party unless we have agreed in writing.
- Do not overload or disrupt the platform, or use it to distribute malware or send unsolicited messages.
- Do not use output from the service in a way that would harm others, or present it as professional advice it is not.
5. AI output — an important limitation
Castia grounds its answers in the content you connect and cites the sources it used. That design reduces fabrication but does not eliminate error. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.
You must not rely on output from Castia as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Check anything consequential against the cited source before you act on it. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service.
6. Fees, plans, and quotas
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for.
Plans carry usage limits. If you exceed them we may meter, throttle, or ask you to upgrade. We will give notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
7. Free and trial plans
Free and trial access is provided as-is, may carry lower limits, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that are inactive or that abuse free access.
8. Third-party services
Castia connects to third-party systems at your instruction and relies on third-party model, hosting, and payment providers. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of a connected service remains governed by your agreement with its provider.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Castia platform, software, documentation, and brand — including the Castia name and marks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive information the other treats as confidential. Each will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this agreement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained elsewhere, or where disclosure is legally required.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Castia and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if your use poses a security or legal risk — with notice where circumstances reasonably allow it.
On termination your right to use the service ends. You may export your data for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, Castia is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your use of the service in breach of these Terms, including reasonable legal costs.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to their venue — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Castia after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
